Hubbard One releases next
generation of proposal generation
and opportunity tracking

Hubbard One has released Marketing Center 6.2, including the next generation of its Proposal Generator module. Marketing Center enables law firms around the world to successfully analyse, manage and drive business development activities. This newest release offers enhanced opportunity tracking, multi-lingual capabilities and improved performance, flexibility and reporting.

Proposal Generator’s newly expanded opportunity tracking features allow firms to identify new business opportunities, monitor through the pursuit process and track elements of the opportunity such as referral information, competitive details, size and other key business metrics. The information tracked can be customised to meet the needs of each firm’s unique business development process. Using this information, marketing departments can run pipeline and win/loss reports to help business forecasting and demonstrate the value of the firm’s business development programs.

To help firms tailor proposals for global audiences, Proposal Generator now includes multi-lingual functionality which allows firms to create proposals in the language most appropriate for the target audience. Additionally, Hubbard One overhauled the underlying architecture of Proposal Generator to support global users and reduce proposal generation times.

Additional improvements include usability and configurability features, as well as integration with Experience Manager to automate inclusion of relevant lawyer experience within proposals. A new Create-a-Packet activity report tracks and displays packets generated by lawyers and staff.
