Launch of Hubbard One Version 6.3
Introduces New User Focused Features
The recent release of Hubbard One’s latest Business Development Suite software, Version 6.3, brings powerful new functionality to the Marketing Center and Web Center modules.
New, user focused features in Marketing Center will allow law firms to take advantage of improved searching, reporting and analytics, new integration between Websites, Email Marketing and Contact Manager for web registration, new list management tools, and several other usability improvements.
The release include a new Web Forms module, that allows firms to construct and launch forms to the web where site visitors can register for events, sign-up for newsletters and otherwise submit information to the firm. The data collected from these forms is processed through the data quality manager into a firm’s contacts and lists database.
Version 6.3 also includes a web-style keyword search feature that will allow users to perform an application-wide search for content assets, including proposals, experience, events, publications and biographical information. The feature includes an "as you type" predictive search and a search results screen that can be filtered by type of content, making it quick and easy to find virtually any information in Marketing Center.
Firms using Marketing Center and the powerful ERM application, ContactNet, can take advantage of a new feature that puts ContactNet relationship data one click away from Contact and Company records in Marketing Center.
A number of important new features have been added to Contact Manager for the 6.3 release. These include:
- New activities searching and reporting tools
- Ability to publish lists to specific Outlook users and groups
- New list management features for copying and bulk editing lists
With the launch of version 6.3, Email Marketing has been moved from Web Center to Marketing Center, enabling firms to take advantage of robust list and data quality management capabilities of Contact Manager when creating, distributing and tracking email campaigns.
Firms can now create distribution lists with custom fields, link the distribution lists and fields to associated Web Forms, and deploy those forms to the web for the collection event registrations, newsletter sign ups, etc. Information submitted by users on the Web Forms flows back to the distribution list in real time.
